You’ll be voting for three director seats, member driven grass-root policy resolutions, previous year minutes, and previous year financials. These documents will be uploaded to the WCFB website on September 10th for you to review before the meeting.

Important Change - Please Note!

The following are special instructions for the nomination of Directors & submission of policy resolutions:

If you are interested in running for a Board of Directors position or you would like to nominate someone, you MUST call or email the county office by September 1, 2020 at 734-429-1420 or [email protected] to provide the nominees name. No nominations accepted  from the floor on the night of event. Nominee names MUST be submitted by September 1, 2020. There are three seats open this year.

To submit a policy resolution, you MUST email it to [email protected] or drop off a written copy of the resolution to the WCFB office by September 1, 2020 to have it considered by the Policy Development Committee.

To accommodate the current social distancing restrictions, WCFB offers three ways to have your voice heard!

Option 1 “Contact Free Voting”:

Pick up a ballot at the WCFB office. They will be available starting September 10, 2020 and you’ll need to return it by noon on September 21, 2020 at the latest. There is a ballot box on the back porch of the WCFB office. 5095 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

Option 2 “Drive-Thru”:

Utilize our drive-thru lane on September 21, 2020 at the Farm Council Grounds. Grab your voting packet and Park’n’Listen to the program, so you can participate in the resolutions and voting. Then enjoy a boxed meal and return your ballot when the election is held.

Option 3 “Sit Down Meal”:

Join us in the Building B Pavilion (with social distancing measures) to enjoy an evening of awards and comradery with your friends & neighbors! A voting packet & boxed meal will be provided.
